Pizza Gebu

Salam, Kia Ora.....

How is everyone today?  Its the weekend again tomorrow :)  The week has gone by so quickly...hhhmmzzz.  Every week, I'm always so looking forward to these two days i.e Thursdays & Fridays.  Why??.....ahem,, not bcos of that :D hahahaz.  It's bcos Thursday is the only day that I watch tv.  As for Friday, my usual activity will be : 'patiently' waiting for my series that I'm watching to be uploaded on the net.  Yes!!! It's The Vampire Diaries.................Currently watching Season 2 episode 9.  I thought that episode 10 will be uploaded today but.........NO!! VD is having a break till 2/12/2010!!!  Arrrggghhhhhh so frustrating!!!

I'm so in love with Vampire Diaries....hahahaz.  In fact I'll watch anything that involves witches and warlocks.  Charmed used to be my favourite TV series.  For now its VD, Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Nina Dobrev....I love u guys ;)  2 handsome vampires on tv......drrooollzzz....hahahaz what can I say. VD is shown on tv every Thursday, after that I will watch 20/20 (current affairs) & Project Runway.

Once when I was watching VD on tv, hb asked me "I tot you've already seen all the episodes??"  My reply is "It's different watching the series on tv, its so much clearer" hahahaz.....what a lie :pp I just wanna watch it over and over again actually.

Anyway, I don't have any idea what to cook for dinner.  Open up the fridge and saw the 1kg block of colby cheese...packaging opened and abt 3/4 left.  Thought to myself, that I better use it before it turns into magic mushrooms....hahahaz.  I was told that I can grate the cheese and freeze it to prolong the shelf life, but I just couldn't be bothered to do it.  Lazy is the word.........:D

BAHAN-BAHAN DOH PIZZA :-) Ingredients for Pizza Dough.
300 g tepung gandum ~ 300g Standard Flour
6 g instat yeast ~ Do I need to translate this?? LOL :D
20 g mentega ~ 20g Butter
10 g gula halus ~ 10g Caster Sugar
1 camca teh bread improver (optional) ~ 1tsp Bread Improver (Optional)
1/4 camca teh garam ~ 1/4tsp Salt
1 1/2 camca besar madu ~ 1.5tbsp Honey
170 ml air ~ 170ml Water
Sedikit tepung untuk ditabur ~ Flour for dusting

  1. UNTUK DOH PIZZA :- Satukan semua bahan untuk doh dalam satu bekas, kecuali mentega dan tepung untuk ditabur, gaul rata hingga bersatu. Tambah mentega dan terus meggaul hingga menjadi doh yang kenyal, jika melekit, tambah sedikit tepung. Kemudian bulat2kan dan biar 45 minit hingga naik sekali ganda.
  2. KAEDAH LAIN :- Masukkan semua bahan untuk dok kecuali tepung untuk ditabur, ke dalam bread maker, pilih setting untuk doh dan tekan "ON", buat hingga siap.
  3. Panaskan oven pada suhu 190C, sediakan 2 dulang pizza berukuran 9 inci, sapu dengan sedikit mentega.
  4. Ketepikan. Keluarkan doh, bahagikan doh tadi kepada 2 bahagian sama besar.
  5. Ambil satu, tabur sedikit tepung dan canai bulat.
  6. Alihkan ke dalam dulang pizza, tekan2 dengan hujung jari hingga memenuhi dulang tadi dan biarkan kelilingnya sedikit tebal (macam dalam gambar no1).
  7. Ratakan sebahagian sos pizza tadi dan susun bahan untuk pizza atasnya (buat 2 bahagian) dan diakhiri dengan keju mozzarella.
  8. Bakar 20 - 25 minit hingga keju mencair dan roti kelihatan kuning keemasan. Keluarkan dari oven dan hidangkan segera bersama sos kegemaran. Buat kaedah sama juga untuk yang selebihnya.
Method :
  1. Combine all ingredients for the dough in a container, except for the butter and flour that will be used for dusting and mix well. Add butter and continue to knead until dough becomes elastic, if its sticky, add some flour. Then shape it into a ball and let the dough rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  2. Bread Maker - Put all the ingredients into the bread maker except for the flour that will used for dusting, select the dough only setting and press "ON" and let the bread maker do the hard work for u :)
  3. Preheat the oven to 190C, prepare two 9 inch size pizza pans, rub with a little butter. Set aside.
  4. Remove the dough from the bread maker and divide into 2 equal parts.
  5. Take one, sprinkle a little flour and roll dough into a round shape.
  6. Put dough on the pizza pan and flatten dough with finger tips so that it fills the pan.  Dough edges should be a little thicker.
  7. Spread some pizza sauce and arrange the ingredients on the dough and end with mozzarella cheese.
  8.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts and the dough looks golden. Remove from oven and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.

I used the Bread Maker method and created these 2 pizzas ;) Hb's comment was : The best gourmet pizza he ever had....the crust was really, really soft.

Sesungguhnya they look delicious! Rajinnya you?? (sambil hentak sebelah kaki dan cekak pinggang nih). Niway, dah lama gak I tak berpizza mizza. Selagi berat badan tak turun, haishhh..

Tenkiuuuu :) Pada I buat pizza ni actually perkara senang. Tak payah tumis2 rencah, tak berserak dapur, lepas tu tak yah nak susah2 lap2 stove....hehehez. Dough 'Bibik Melayu' aka BM, Bread Maker yg adun...I tinggal chop2 segala bahan2 lepas tu pizza will appear magically on the table...LOL!! Lepas makan cuma cuci 3 biji piring kecil :) yippiiee hehehez

InsyaAllah akan turun berat badan u Cik Som....I'm trying to loose weight too. Dah more than a year asik ckp besok, besok....:D
